You shall defend, indemnify and hold FEBNIK, its affiliates, subsidiaries and their respective directors, employees, agents and officers harmless from all damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and permitted and authorized costs) arising out of breach of this Agreement as a result of claims by third parties relating to your use and act relating to this Agreement or any breach of this Agreement. Such indemnification is in addition to FEBNIK's right to terminate for a breach of the representations and warranties and is not a waiver or limitation of FEBNIK's other rights or remedies.
