Booking,Cancellation,Payment & Refund Policy

Introduction

This is a legal agreement between you (Client) and Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd.. This agreement applies when the Client purchases or licenses any services or related deliverables (Licensed Content) from Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd.. By purchasing, downloading or using Licensed Content provided by Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd., the Client agrees to the terms described within this license contract.Client further agrees to all the payment terms listed on this policy.

Booking and Payment Process

As febnik has a wide variety of products, we offer two types of payment methods applicable to specific services and packages. Booking & Payment methods are specific to different services and packages and will be followed strictly according to the clauses of this policy.

100% Booking and One Time Pay

This booking and payment Process is applicable to Retouching Services, Live Streaming Addons, Live Streaming Consultation, Live Streaming On - Site Services, provided by Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd.

100% Booking Payment Terms

On Spot booking works on a first come first serve basis.
The Client may opt for any service and needs to share all the specifications of the project.
After the project is approved from Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd., Febnik will share the information about the latest free slot available along with expected time for completion of the project.
Client needs to submit all the related documents and samples along with 100% of the cost of the project.

Cancellation & Refund on 100% Booking

If canceled 7 days before the expected date of Execution 75% of the total fees will be refunded back immediately. No refund beyond 7 days.

Installment Booking Payment Terms

This booking and payment Process is applicable to Photography Packages, Photography Services and Live Streaming Services, provided by Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd.

Installment Booking Payment Terms

On Spot booking works on a first come first serve basis.
The installment structure provides flexibility for the client to pay in small amounts.
The Client may opt for any service or package and needs to share all the specifications of the project.
After the project is approved from Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd., Febnik will share the information about the latest free slot available along with expected time for completion of the project and other related details.
Client needs to submit all the related documents and samples along with 30% of the cost of the project as the booking installment of the project.
Further the installment structure will look like -

Client must provide the installment before the execution of any project milestone.
For Live streaming packs without recording feature the third and final installment will be taken together ie.. 40%.
Clients must clear all balance payments and other overheads in order to receive the deliverables.
If in case the client is behind on the payments and there are due payments which results in the overall delay of the project in such cases febnik will only allow a period of 48hrs to clear all the balances and to bring project back to execution mode, also the overhead charges like rental costs, 3rd party booking cost and any other overheads incurred during this period will be added to the final project cost.
Failing to pay any due payment within 48 hrs, the project will be cancelled and terminated and no refund must be provided in such cases.
Not following the installment terms will give Febnik all the rights to challenge the client in court and in such cases the cost of the entire trial will also be paid by the client along with the defamation damage if caused to febnik.
Febnik can also blacklist the defaulter clients as per discretion and can terminate all the rights to avail any services from febnik in the future.

Cancellation & Refund on Installment Booking

Cancellation is only applicable on the booking installment.
If canceled 15 days before the date of First Installment i.e..pre execution preparation milestone 1/3 of the booking installment will be refunded back immediately.
No refunds on cancellation will be done after receiving the First Installment
For projects above total cost of ₹ 20,000 an additional security fee of 15% of the project cost will be taken which will cover any balances caused due to project delay or mishap from the client end. This security amount will be balanced in the final invoice. In cases where the previous balance is clear, all the security amount will be refunded back to the client.

Travel

On Location Fees : All services performed outside of the Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd. studio will attract an On Location Fee which is charged separately on the invoice. These are charged based on the round trip distance to your location from our studio based in postcode 201308. On Location Fees cover travel time and travel costs to your location. Our On Location Fees are as follows :

In studio : no charge

within postcode : ₹500

round trip < 50 km from postcode 201308 : ₹1000 round trip> 50km from postcode 201308 : ₹2000 plus ₹15/km exceeding 50 kms.
