Collaboration Shoot T&C

Introduction

This is a legal agreement between all the members of collaboration and Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd.. This agreement applies when the Client purchases or licenses any services or related deliverables (Licensed Content) from Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd.. By collaborating, purchasing, downloading or using Licensed Content provided by Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd., the Client agrees to the terms described within this license contract.Client further agrees to all the payment terms listed on this policy.

1. Terms
1. Collaboration is a one time agreement between artists involved no one has rights to use collaboration terms and engagements to alter, modify or influence each other's business routines on favour baises.
2. Raw i.e. unprocessed camera data will not be given to any parties involved in the collaboration.
3. 10 of the total shots taken will be selected from total shots taken which will be delivered to all the artists involved.
4. All 10 images will contain watermarks of the photographer and embedded metadata of all the artists involved in the shoot.
5. Out of 10 only 4 of images will go through the post processing workflow I.e.. retouching. In 4 of the images specified ,2 will be extensively retouched and 2 will be moderately retouched.
6. All artists involved will be given a chance to select the best images. (Note, these should be a total of 10 or less of all the images taken of the subject as mentioned above) In case there are more selections, photographers and retouchers will therefore make decisions for best selection.
7. All artists must note that tempering with the metadata or watermark on the image while sharing it for any use in public or private domain will be considered a violation of the collaboration agreement.
8. If the artists involved require more images to be delivered, each image will be charged with 500/- INR each.(Retouching Non Inclusive.)
9. Further any third party service like makeup, set design, retouching, styling etc. will be charged as per service charges. Total of all these add on services, overheads will be split amongst the artists in collaboration.
10. All artists must provide proper credits to all the fellow artists information and valid portfolio links while posting the content in the public domain.
11. Febnik will own all the copyright of the images and will only permitstandard non exclusive usage rightsto all the collaborators.
12. Febnik has all the rights to alter these terms anytime as per their discretion.
On Location Travel Fees : All services performed outside of the Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd. studio will attract an On Location Fee which is charged separately on the invoice. These are charged based on the round trip distance to your location from our studio based in postcode 201308. On Location Fees cover travel time and travel costs to your location. Our On Location Fees are as follows :
• In studio : no charge
• within postcode : ₹500
• round trip < 50 km from postcode 201308 : ₹1000
• round trip > 50km from postcode 201308 : ₹2000 plus ₹15/km exceeding 50 kms.
