For Product Photography Packages,product photos are delivered as amazon ready jpeg using maximum quality settings measuring 2000 pixels in size. Depending on product shape, excess white space may be cropped leaving the longest dimension at least 2000 pixels, while the other dimension is cropped to fit the shape of the product being photographed. Since we specialize in photographing 'products on white background' for ecommerce, and based on feedback from our clients, we suggest using a 2000px image for your web site, it's a smaller file which results in faster loading of your page.
For Retouching Services,where we are accepting digital images from clients, in that scenario we deliver the images in the maxim resolution in which the originals were given to us.
- File Review
We shall make proofs and previews available to the Client for the purpose of selecting photographs and reviewing images prior to payment of the final invoice. The proofs or previews will be made available to the client on a secure Web Site using a Client unique password to access the private Client Gallery. The Client can recommend alterations to the images prior to payment of the final invoice.
- File Delivery.
We deliver final images on full payment of the final invoice. Images are sent in digital format via a secure Web Site using a Client unique password to access the private Client Gallery.
If a client requests to deliver images with higher quality requirements ie.. higher resolution or dpi than the standard pack offered, the client must pay extra charges accordingly. Note the maximum resolution will be according to the original captured file, and maximum dpi will be 300.
- File Access.
The Client will have unlimited access to their assigned gallery for the time specified in the Service Package or for as long as the files are retained on the external hosting site.
- File Retention.
We provide images to the client through a cloud platform and images are available till 15 days, in that period the client can download the images, after which we remove the images from our cloud platform and are stored in our local archive. In case the client misses from downloading the images from the cloud, the client will have to pay extra charges to re upload the image for redeveloping and uploading images to download.
The archival of images is the sole decision of Febnik and may choose to not archive any number of images, raws or production files. All digital negatives (computer files) remain the property of FEBNIK PRODUCTION PVT. LTD. All packages and services include a copy of the edited digital negatives to the client(s) for their own commercial or non-commercial use as agreed upon in agreement.Should the digital negative files be lost, damaged or destroyed for reasons beyond control, the FEBNIK PRODUCTION PVT. LTD. liability shall be limited to a full refund of service charges and any deposits and fees paid of the same, but shall not include a refund for any goods or services already received.
- Delivery Turnaround Time.
For most of the projects an average of 5 to 8 days of turnaround time is common.
