  2. Customer needs to submit an self attested copy of the following documents:
    • Aadhar Card as an Identity Proof for individuals.
    • GST number if the VB Card is for the Business owners /Profile .

Payments and Delivery

  1. A verification E- mail will be sent regarding the information provided above along with the estimate copy of the bill.
  2. After the process is done you need to pay the cost for your VB Card via any medium accepted by Febnik Productions Pvt. Ltd.
  3. Your Card Will be updated within the next 24 Working Hours and a Final Email will be sent with a link to your New VB Card :)

If you have any inconvenience with our services we request you to get in touch with our Experts and mail your grievances on .... . If you still want to discontinue using Febnik VB Card follow the following steps.
  1. Send us an application by your registered email.
  2. Our service engineer will send an Identity Verification OTP on the email provided.
  3. After verification we will process your request to terminate the services.
  4. A verification E- mail will be sent regarding the termination of services.
  5. After verification, your services will be stopped.

Vb Card Pack Optimization, Addons have a nominal Service Charges which is used to manage your account details and database for your VB Card on our servers. While you upgrade or downgrade your existing services the data needs to be synced in order to provide you a hassle free experience. Our engineers ensure that pack shifting and optimization of VB Card is as easy as possible.

Upgrading Packs

Upgrading can be done any time regardless of current pack status. In Such cases,
Net Cost of upgrading a pack will be calculated as,
Net Upgrade Cost = (Upgrade Service Charge + Cost of New Service ) - Your remaining balance from active Service

Downgrading Packs

If Your current plan is still active, then Net Cost to downgrade will be calculated as,

Net Downgrade grade Cost = (Downgrade Service Charge + Cost of New Service ) - Your remaining balance from active Service

If Your current plan is exhausted, then Net Cost to downgrade will be calculated as,

Net Downgrade Cost = Cost of New Service
